We offer complete computer repair service on any brand Personal Computer. Local customers are encouraged to bring their computer and software (if any) directly to the store. You minimize your repair cost by bringing the computer to us. However, we also offer complete in-home or in-office repair service. Unhappy with your local repair shop? Live in an area where there is no one qualified to repair your computer? No problem. We provide a complete nationwide repair service. You will be required to pay UPS or Fed-X shipping both ways but we will make your computer like new or better. Simply start the process by sending us e-mail at compulearncomputers@comcast.net or calling us at 609-971-7577 or 609-709-9515 (after hours). Be prepared to describe the basic problem you are having, approximate age of computer, type of CPU (if known), amount of RAM (if known), type of operating system (which windows version?), and whether or not you have drivers and/or the original disks that came with the computer. Once we receive this basic information we will enter it into our computer repair tracking software and the process starts. We will notify you of your repair tracking number and ask you to send us the computer.

Please do not send us the computer until you have received your repair tracking number.   The reason for this is to save you from spending any unnecessary money on a computer that our technicians believe is not worth repairing. Sometimes repairing a system can cost almost as much as replacing one and we don't want you to throw good money away. We will let you know our estimate for the repair when we provide the repair tracking number. Most computers are fixed by accomplishing software diagnostics and repair or software re-installs. The average charge for this type of repair is $120 plus shipping.

Some computers, however, have hardware damage and some (or all) of the hardware needs to be replaced. We provide full service diagnostics through the use of diagnostics PC cards and testers. We will be able to tell you exactly what is wrong with your computer and sometimes we can even tell you how it broke. Hardware related costs are more difficult to estimate. It will be the cost of the replacement parts plus labor rates at $35 per hr. We will provide our best estimate when we provide you your repair tracking number and if it turns out that your repair will cost more then we will notify you for authorization before we do the work.

We have been doing computer repair since 1988. We have a 95% success rate (some systems simply are not repairable).
