CompuLearn builds only non-proprietary and non integrated systems. They are built with the highest quality parts available anywhere. We are confident our systems will provide outstanding and trouble-free service. We back this up with a FREE Lifetime Labor Warranty as follows:

CompuLearn will repair any computer that has failed due to a manufactures defective part totally free of labor charges for as long as you own the computer. Other major mail order computer businesses (you know the ones) charge hundreds of extra dollars for this level of protection. We provide it FREE with every system we sell and we believe we are the only computer builder that provides this warranty FREE.

The individual computer parts are warrantied by the manufacturer. Since the parts are exclusively high end they come with the longest warranty in the business. If the part is out of warranty then you pay only for the part replacement - the labor is always FREE.

This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, electrical surge or spike, incorrectly installed drivers, incorrectly installed software, viruses and spyware infections to include the damage caused by malicious virus and spyware. CompuLearn reserves the right to perform a diagnostics on the computer and determine the cause of malfunction. Customers will always be notified of diagnostics results prior to work being performed

In all cases, CompuLearn's warranty does not include the loss of files and/or software. Each customer is highly encouraged to maintain frequent backups of any important data and to maintain a virus protection software product with it's updates.
