Our on-site service rates are as follows:

STANDARD (within 5 days of request):  $65 to dispatch within 15 miles + $.25 per mile after 15. $40/hr each additional hour or any part thereof

PRIORITY (within 3 days of request):  $75 to dispatch within 15 miles + $.25 per mile after 15. $40/hr each additional hour or any part thereof

IMMEDIATE (Same DayService): $95 to dispatch within 15 miles + $.25 per mile after 15. $50/hr each additional hour or any part thereof

 

Why do we have different rates based upon our response time? Because the more time you give us to schedule the service call the more likely we will be able to dispatch with normally scheduled or on-call staff. If you need immediate assistance then we can accommodate but it will require re-arranging the schedule for that day. Our extra cost gets passed on to the customer. Hint: Even our highest charge is less than our competitors charge for their normal service.
